Delphine Villuendas

General Counsel

Delphine Villuendas is the General Counsel at Partech since 2010. Delphine Villuendas is in charge of all the legal aspects of the Management Company’s operations. She assists the management team on its financing, refinancing and exit operations and is responsible for the fundraising’s legal aspects.

She also serves as compliance officer and Tracfin responsible.

She began her career as a lawyer in 2004, and practiced with several international law firms, first with Willkie, Farr & Gallagher LLP and as of 2006 with Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP.

Delphine Villuendas was admitted to the Paris bar in 2004. She graduated from N.Y.U. in 2002 with a LL.M. in taxation and received a post-graduate degree in corporate taxation from Paris Dauphine University as well as a post-graduate degree in business law from Nanterre University in 2000.
